Here at moneylab we hold trust in our workers ability. Micromanagement isn’t in our DNA, which bodes well with today’s work climate, with working remotely sometimes being a necessity.

We’ve built a culture where employees feel supported. Guidance is always given but we trust our employees to work independently and effectively.

Our thriving office is located on Izett Street in Prahran, Melbourne. We are only a stone’s throw away from public transport, quality cafes and bars, and shops.

We value our employees social wellbeing, so we like to host regular events and activities to give staff members the opportunity to build relationships within the office on a social level, not just a professional one.

If you are looking for great culture with upward mobility and personal development support, then look no further. We have a mature, ethical, and fun approach to what we do.

In addition to this, moneylab rewards employees financially as much as possible and in equal doses have been able to fine tune ways of supporting our departments admin wise.

We are growing at a rapid rate, and always interested to hear from anyone who might be interested in working within the team.
